Finally! I’ve produced a reasonable lasagne

There’s no need for fancy recipes. Just

a double quantity of Ragu, i.e. 2 x packs mince, 2 tins toms

white sauce with 2 pints of milk/single cream

a pack of fresh lasagne.(which you can keep in freezer til you’re ready)

Grated cheese on the top layer
